As a Trust Administrator, you will report to the AVP, Trust Operations, while supporting Senior Trust Officers and Trust Officers. The work combines client servicing, account administration, record maintenance, technology use, and compliance support. You will collaborate across business units and help advance the trust business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for fiduciary and agency accounts
- Maintain account, client, file, and communication records
- Onboard new trust company accounts according to policy
- Support audits, compliance reviews, and risk processes
- Assist Will Bank administration and client onboarding
Requirements:
- Deliver best-in-class client service consistently
- Manage competing priorities while meeting established goals
- Use CRM platforms and learn technology quickly
- Hold related post-secondary education or paralegal diploma
- Bring at least one year of relevant industry experience
