The Frank Burgio Team is growing within RARE Real Estate. This commission-based role supports agents with team processes, an AI phone receptionist, and shared inbound leads. You will serve clients, follow up quickly, and work toward personal business targets with coaching from a top-producing team lead. Key Responsibilities:
Serve buyers and sellers across Barrie and Simcoe County Follow up quickly with inbound leads Close real estate transactions for clients Use team systems, scripts, and checklists Work within the team’s round-robin lead system Requirements:
Active RECO registration TRREB membership or willingness to join Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle Strong communication skills with clients Driven, coachable, and accountable to numbers Bring real estate sales experience, client communication, and disciplined follow-up to the Frank Burgio Team at RARE Real Estate.
