The SAP SD OTC Functional Consultant handles core order-to-cash processes across customer master, deliveries, credit management, returns, contracts, and accounts receivable. The work covers SAP S/4HANA integration with MM, FI, EWM, PP, TM, and GTS. It also requires implementation leadership from requirements through hypercare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client workshops and manage stakeholder requirements
- Perform fit-gap analysis and business blueprinting
- Configure pricing, output management, and tax processes
- Support SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare activities
- Drive end-to-end SAP OTC implementations
Requirements:
- Expertise in customer master, pricing, orders, deliveries, and billing
- Experience integrating OTC with MM, FI, EWM, PP, TM, and GTS
- Hands-on functional specifications and configuration experience
- Expertise with IDocs, EDI interfaces, and credit management
- Ability to mentor teams and manage stakeholders
