This Technical Recruiter joins Randstad's expanding Digital Specialty and focuses on permanent openings. The work combines candidate sourcing, screening, matching, job-order management, and client relationship development. Success requires technical recruiting experience, effective influence, adaptable execution, and productive use of technology tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish relationships with consultants and contractors across specified regions
- Support specified clients through responsive recruiting relationships
- Screen IT candidates for permanent opportunities
- Match candidate information with job openings
- Meet or exceed weekly performance goals and expectations
Requirements:
- Three-plus years of Technical Recruiting experience
- Strong interpersonal communication and influencing capabilities
- Experience succeeding within a fast-paced team environment
- Agility using processes and technology tools to deliver results
- Ability to make decisions and execute directed plans
