Requirements:
- Minimum three years of full-service recruitment experience
- High-volume recruitment experience
- College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Management
- Recruitment technology and Applicant Tracking System knowledge
- Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
