On behalf of our well-established construction-based client in Surrey, we are looking for a Health and Safety Manager to support their team. If you are ready to get out from behind a desk, spend time in the field, and take the lead on safety where it matters most, we want you in this role.

Advantages Key Details & Compensation:

  • Salary Range: $95,000 – $110,000 (Based on experience and current alignment).

Responsibilities What You Will Be Doing:

  • Field Presence (50%+): Maintain a highly visible role on the floor/in the field, actively engaging with frontline personnel to champion safety through behavioral change and daily influence.

  • Audits & Compliance: Conduct site inspections, manage incident reporting, and lead root-cause investigations. You will also take the lead on annual COR audits and regulatory compliance.
  • Training & Coaching: Spearhead engaging safety training programs, ensuring they are relevant, effective, and tailored to our specific operational challenges.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with line management to tackle day-to-day safety challenges while keeping senior leadership ahead of pending legislation and compliance strategies.
