kdc/one is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor for a full-time, permanent Monday-to-Friday day shift. You will manage laboratory personnel testing raw materials, components, bulks, and finished goods. The position supports quality investigations, cross-functional problem-solving, staff qualification, and compliance with internal procedures and regulatory policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily laboratory activities and testing operations
- Guide OOS investigations, deviations, non-conformities, and CAPAs
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, GLP, and regulations
- Oversee staff training, qualification, and competency
- Promote safety through GEMBA walks and team reviews
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or related field
- Five to seven years of related quality control experience
- Understanding of Data Integrity and ALCOA principles
- Fluency in French and English
- Strong coaching, communication, and decision-making skills
