Turn gross profit data into commercial insights as a Financial Analyst in Mississauga, working hybrid with four office days Monday through Thursday.
This five-month contract supports a consumer packaged goods client, with possible extension. You will partner with Finance, Sales and Marketing to interpret brand and customer results. Excel analysis, variance investigation, and clear reporting are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze weekly gross profit at SKU level
- Investigate budget and forecast variances
- Explain volume and rate profitability impacts
- Prepare weekly reports for Sales and Marketing
- Communicate findings supporting commercial decisions
Requirements:
- Experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or commercial reporting
- Experience analyzing budgets, forecasts, and key variances
- Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
- Ability to connect financial results with business performance
- Availability onsite in Mississauga Monday through Thursday
