Randstad is hiring an experienced Machine Operator for a food manufacturing environment. You will set up, calibrate, operate, and monitor mixing vats, conveyors, fillers, and sealing equipment. The work focuses on production output, product quality, sanitation, and safe equipment performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, calibrate, and operate automated food machinery
- Monitor line speeds, temperatures, weights, and product flow
- Perform quality checks on seals and processing conditions
- Troubleshoot minor issues, clear jams, and adjust equipment
- Complete changeovers, teardowns, and sanitary washdowns
Requirements:
- At least one year of machinery operation experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety procedures
- Ability to read English SOPs, recipes, manuals, and signage
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand throughout shifts
