Rainbow Greenhouses needs a Merchandiser Supervisor to maintain high merchandising standards across assigned stores. The permanent position varies with seasonal demand, including full-time peak-season hours and part-time hours afterward. You will work independently, support merchandising teams, and resolve store-level challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Merchandise and maintain outdoor plant displays
- Build, restock, and organize garden center displays
- Keep garden centers clean and customer-ready
- Troubleshoot store-level issues as they arise
- Travel between locations with mileage reimbursed
Requirements:
- Strong dependability, punctuality, and professional communication
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Access to a cell phone and CSA-approved steel-toe shoes
