Rainbow Greenhouses is hiring a Merchandiser Supervisor for its Home Depot garden center program. This permanent position supports multiple locations through spring and beyond. You will cover absences, assist during busy periods, maintain assigned stores, and communicate updates to leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support multiple Home Depot garden center locations
- Cover merchandiser shifts during absences and scheduling gaps
- Maintain outdoor plant displays to company standards
- Rotate, cull, and care for live goods
- Report updates, photos, and store-level issues
Requirements:
- Reliability and adaptability with changing schedules
- Availability for early mornings and seasonal shifts
- Comfort working outdoors in varying weather
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry products
- Saturday availability and full seasonal availability preferred
