Lead MEP construction oversight for Bechtel Infrastructure’s Ontario Line Subway Project, coordinating station delivery, safety, quality, and schedule integration. As MEP Construction Manager, you represent the client within the Delivery Partner team. Oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing activities across assigned stations while coordinating contractors, design teams, and project leadership. Ensure compliance with design intent, technical specifications, codes, Project Agreement obligations, and safety requirements. Support sequencing, testing, commissioning, handover, and issue resolution across disciplines. Key Responsibilities:
Lead client-side oversight of MEP construction across assigned stations Inspect HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and controls installations Coordinate contractors, designers, systems teams, and commissioning personnel Resolve field issues, conflicts, risks, and design gaps Maintain inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover documentation Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 10+ years of MEP construction experience on infrastructure or rail projects Extensive installation, supervision, testing, commissioning, and handover experience Strong understanding of MEP interfaces and applicable codes Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills Apply MEP leadership, field supervision, and systems integration expertise to Bechtel’s major Ontario Line rail infrastructure project.
