Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer financial statements and monitor account performance.
• Collaborate with Sales and stakeholders to resolve credit requests and provide alternative recommendations.
• Approve payment term requests and ensure compliance with SLAs.
• Support acquisition integration and strategic projects to enhance credit risk practices.
• Drive continuous improvement in credit granting and collections processes.

What You'll Bring

• CCP or accounting designation is an asset.
• 5+ years of B2B credit experience (global software/high-tech preferred).
• Strong financial analysis and credit risk assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and change management abilities.
• Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
• Collaborative, organized, and driven by continuous improvement.
