As Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager, you will develop RABI's donor base across major donors, trusts, foundations, corporate partners, legacy and in-memory supporters. The role focuses on fundraising strategy, funding opportunities and tailored engagement. You will strengthen relationships while supporting long-term financial sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the Philanthropy and Partnerships fundraising strategy
- Cultivate, solicit and steward relationships with larger funders
- Create tailored proposals and partnership packages
- Manage corporate funder agreements and deliverables
- Track donor data and fundraising income using CRM systems
Requirements:
- Senior fundraising experience securing major funds
- Exceptional major donor management and stewardship skills
- Persuasive written and verbal communication abilities
- Fundraising team management and development experience
- Knowledge or interest in the agricultural sector
