As Publisher Account Manager, you will cultivate strategic partner relationships using Minute monetization solutions and its online video player. You will report to the VP of Publisher Services while collaborating with Business Development, Operations, and Business Intelligence. The role focuses on onboarding, upsell, communications, and platform adoption. Key Responsibilities:
Execute publisher onboarding and day-to-day account management Provide high-touch customer service and consultative client support Present upsell opportunities and drive incremental quarterly revenue Monitor performance and communicate optimization opportunities proactively Maintain Salesforce pipelines for upsell and renewal opportunities Requirements:
Five-plus years in sales or account management Experience with ad tech or online video Proven high-touch customer account management success Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Use publisher relationships, Salesforce, and performance analysis to expand adoption of Minute monetization and video solutions across Canada.
