Richelieu Hardware is looking for a Telesales Agent for the Dayvan division, Kitchener, Ontario. We are looking to fill a permanent full-time position within our sales team as a Remote Lead Generator/Account Manager for our Western Canadian territory. This position is mainly telecommuting.
More specifically, the main responsibilities of the position are to
- Promote sales development through phone calls.
- Ensure that accounts opened with Richelieu remain open or are closed.
- Validate if the customer needs to be contacted by an external sales representative.
- Update Excel files.
- Make an end-of-day report on all accounts to be closed.
- Report to the Sales Manager at the end of the day on all accounts to be visited by an external sales representative.
- Evaluate customer profiles.
- Identify development opportunities.
Requirements
- High school diploma and/or relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of technological tools such as MS Oice suite, Teams and Zoom.
- Bilingualism (French and English), both oral and written, will be considered an asset.
