Panel Sales Supervisor in Calgary

The Ideal Candidate Is a Person Who…Will be responsible for leading the growth and profitability of Richelieu’s Panel Products business across Southern Alberta. You will coach and support the sales team, develop strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and provide technical expertise to help customers find the right panel solutions while contributing to Richelieu’s continued growth.

More specifically, the main responsibilities of the position are to:

• Drive sales, gross margin, and territory growth across Southern Alberta.
• Oversee territory performance and support continued market development.
• Support the sales team with key accounts, business opportunities, and customer-related matters.
• Contribute to panel product initiatives, supplier relationships, and market growth opportunities.
• Provide leadership and direction to support the team’s overall sales effectiveness and execution.

Requirements

• College or University degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field, combined with relevant experience would be an asset.
• Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar position as an asset.
• Previous experience supervising, leading, or managing a team of sales representatives.
• Experience in sales, territory development, account growth, and business development, ideally within retail, distribution, wood products, panel products, building materials, or related target markets.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
