Drive coatings sales across Alberta from Calgary, using territory management and customer relationship skills in an outside and inside sales position.
This permanent full-time Sales Representative role reports to the Sales Manager, Retail Panel Distribution. You will promote product lines to retail lumberyards, flooring stores, and design centre partners. The position combines approximately 60% territory travel with 40% Calgary office follow-up and business development by phone and email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote sales to retail lumberyards and flooring stores
- Develop and retain existing customer relationships
- Identify new sales opportunities throughout Alberta
- Manage territory productivity and sales growth
- Implement action plans to meet sales targets
Requirements:
- Knowledge of retail building materials and product lines
- Business development and new opportunity canvassing experience
- Five to seven years of similar experience preferred
- Strong organizational and personal skills
- Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
