Lead diffuser hardware development through launch and post-launch improvement Own EVT, DVT, PVT, ramp, and production qualification Coordinate engineering partners, manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams Drive tooling, pilot builds, yield improvement, and defect reduction Lead root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and change control Requirements:
10+ years in hardware development, NPI, or manufacturing Multiple consumer products brought through mass production Experience with Asian OEM/ODM manufacturers and suppliers Understanding of mechanical, electrical, firmware, and validation systems Experience with injection molding, tooling, PCBA, and testing Own integrated diffuser hardware outcomes through technical leadership, manufacturing readiness, quality discipline, and continuous product improvement.
