As an Asset Investment Planning & Management Specialist, you will lead sustainment capital planning for Liquids Pipelines. You will coordinate annual budgets and Long Range Plans while supporting Asset Investment Decision Making. The work combines capital budgeting, portfolio management, stakeholder engagement, and reporting to support asset performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead annual capital budget and Long Range Plan development
- Facilitate Asset Investment Decision Making activities
- Prioritize program and non-program capital initiatives
- Maintain Copperleaf tools, dashboards, templates, and reports
- Present investment insights and recommendations to leadership
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent related experience
- Seven or more years in asset management or capital planning
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder engagement
- Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Copperleaf, Oracle, Power BI, and asset management
