- Professional certifications in Product Ownership, risk management, financial accounting, or legal compliance (e.g., CSPO, CPA, CFA, FRM, CISA, MBA, PMP)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Azure DevOps)
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulatory requirements and standards
- Experience in business transformation or change management
