You will manage RFPs, maintain compliance, and enhance operational efficiency in a dynamic, sustainable electronics lifecycle management environment. Collaborating with Business Development, Compliance, and Finance, your role will be crucial for scaling with enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and redline various customer agreements
- Project manage RFPs and customer onboarding processes
- Maintain a central response library and contract templates
- Translate signed contracts into operational obligations
- Develop a customer requirements register and key date tracking
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in commercial contracts
- Strong drafting and redlining capabilities
- Legal clerk or paralegal training preferred
- Familiarity with ISO or R2 regulations is a plus
- Proven project management skills and multitasking ability
