Our mission at Quandri is to transform insurance into a trusted and delightful experience using AI. We are building the AI operating system for North America’s best insurance agencies and brokerages. Better insurance means families protected from harm, businesses able to take risks, and communities more resilient when the worst happens.

Quandri brings deeply specific, vertically-focused AI to the industry’s most critical stakeholders: insurance agencies and brokerages. Agents are the lifeblood of the industry, yet operating an agency is harder than ever. Peak product complexity, accelerating consolidation, a deepening talent crisis, and the AI revolution are all reshaping how agencies work. Quandri sits at the cutting edge of this shift, rebuilding how agencies operate one workflow at a time.

You'll join a fast-moving team with real ownership, direct access to leadership, and a genuine hand in shaping the company's next chapter. We are headquartered in beautiful Vancouver, BC, backed by leading US and Canadian investors.

About the Role: You will build Quandri's next product, taking our proven platform into commercial lines. This is the rare version of zero-to-one work. You will own the product end to end, running discovery with agencies, defining what we build first, and driving it through launch to early adoption. Success means market entry and early customer adoption, not features shipped.

Why this Role Matters: Commercial is the next big market for Quandri. We've built a proven platform and a deep understanding of insurance agencies and brokerages, and expanding into commercial lines is how that foundation compounds.

What You’ll Do:

  • Discovery & Product Definition: Drive conclusions from the commercial discovery already underway.
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership: Set the commercial product strategy and own the roadmap.
  • 0-to-1 Product Development: Own genuinely hard problems from definition through launch and iteration.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Drive alignment across engineering, design, implementation, and customer success.
  • Go-to-Market & Early Adoption: Partner with Sales and Marketing on commercial positioning and early-adopter criteria.
  • Measurement & Iteration: Define metrics that connect product usage to broker outcomes.

The right person for this role will have:

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with a track record of shipping products that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • 0-to-1 experience taking a product from concept through discovery, launch, and early scaling.
  • Strong discovery skills, including running customer research and mapping operational workflows.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A bias toward action and comfort deciding with imperfect information.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Direct experience at a commercial lines carrier or insurtech serving the commercial market.
  • Hands-on time with broker management systems.
  • Understanding of ACORD standards and commercial data exchange.

Our guiding principles include putting customers at the core, moving with urgency, being curious, striving for excellence in execution, acting like an owner, fighting for simplicity, and leading with AI.

Compensation and Benefits: The range for base pay is $150k - $200k CAD, dependent on level of experience, performance, and choice of stock option compensation. Employee stock options reflecting a senior-level role, comprehensive health benefits, four weeks of paid vacation per year, and parental leave top-ups are included.
