Our mission at Quandri is to transform insurance into a trusted and delightful experience using AI. We are building the AI operating system for North America’s best insurance agencies and brokerages. For the first time ever, we have the technology to fundamentally change how insurance operates, and the stakes are human. Better insurance means families protected from harm, businesses able to take risks, and communities more resilient when the worst happens.

Quandri brings deeply specific, vertically-focused AI to the industry’s most critical stakeholders: insurance agencies and brokerages. Agents are the lifeblood of the industry, the place where most property and casualty insurance is sold and serviced. Yet operating an agency is harder than ever. Peak product complexity, accelerating consolidation, a deepening talent crisis, and the AI revolution are all reshaping how agencies work. Quandri sits at the cutting edge of this shift, rebuilding how agencies operate one workflow at a time.

We’re making insurance better for policyholders, while helping insurance brokerages deliver a better client service, grow faster, and harness AI so that they control the future of insurance distribution.

About the Role: Canadian brokerages have been with Quandri from the start, and are a core part of our business. We're doubling down on Canada and hiring a Product Manager to lead it. Think of this role as the CEO of Quandri Canada from a product perspective. You’ll own the Canadian market across our entire product portfolio, including Quoting, Analyze, Intelligence and our shared platform. You’ll be accountable for understanding what Canadian customers need, deciding where we invest, and showing the return on that investment.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the success of the Canadian market across Quandri’s product portfolio, including the return on what we invest in Canada.
  • Meet our Canadian customers to understand the state of the market, their workflows, and where our product falls short.
  • Build and own our investment strategy in the Canadian market: the most important unmet needs, a prioritized set of investments, and the resources and outcomes tied to each.
  • Make the case for your priorities: present and justify your approach to leadership stakeholders.
  • Partner with the wider Product Management team and engineering leads across our products, coordinating dependencies and following through on delivery.
  • Find and deliver quick wins, make sure Canadian customers know about the value Quandri already delivers for them.

The right person for this role will have:

  • 6+ years of experience, with significant time in product management. Business-focused and technical backgrounds are both welcome.
  • A business-outcomes mindset. You think in terms of ROI, revenue and customer impact, not just features shipped, and you see the bigger picture of the business.
  • Exceptionally high ownership. You act like the CEO of your product, take responsibility for its success or failure, and find a way to make it work.
  • Comfort with a high degree of ambiguity. You can define the problem as well as solve them.
  • A proven ability to influence without authority and to sell your ideas, building a compelling case for leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Experience working directly with customers and turning what you learn into a prioritized, justified plan.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, including comfort building and owning a P&L or investment model.

Bonus points if you have:

  • A background in business development, management consulting or another commercial role before moving into product.
  • PM experience at an early-stage startup.
  • Experience owning a market, region or P&L, or a GM-style scope.
  • Familiarity with the Canadian P&C insurance industry, insurance brokerages or insurtech.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS or AI products.

Our guiding principles:

  • Customers at the core. We put the customer at the center of all we do.
  • Move with urgency. We default to acting fast and with urgency.
  • Be curious. We seek a deeper understanding of why things are the way they are.
  • Excellence in execution. We commit ourselves to excellence in everything that we do.
  • Act like an owner. We follow through on commitments, own our results and think long‑term.
  • Fight for simplicity. We intentionally fight for streamlined solutions.
  • AI‑first. We lead with AI in how we build our product and run our operations.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The range for base pay is $150k - $200k CAD, most hires land around the midpoint of the range.
  • Employee stock options, granted based off experience level upon hire and subject to a standard vesting schedule.
  • Comprehensive health benefits, including $500 Lifestyle Spending Account.
  • Four weeks of paid vacation per year.
  • Work anywhere in the world for 60 calendar days of the year.
  • Parental leave top-ups: 6 months for birthing parents, 8 weeks for non‑birthing parents (up to $100,000 annual salary).
