Shape internal AI products at Quandri in Vancouver, BC, using foundation models and workflow redesign to improve how teams operate. As Senior Product Manager, you will own Quandri’s internal AI platform and company-wide adoption. You will work with functional leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Implementation, Finance, Operations, Product, and Engineering. The focus includes shared tools, agent infrastructure, evaluation, guardrails, and sustainable new ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Discover workflow bottlenecks, information needs, and handoff challenges
- Evaluate foundation models, agents, and development tools
- Own the internal AI platform and enablement roadmap
- Build prototypes and pilot workflows with employees
- Measure adoption, quality, time saved, and operating cost
Requirements:
- 6+ years of product management experience
- Experience with internal products, platforms, or employee tooling
- Practical experience building and deploying AI workflows
- Fluency with retrieval, APIs, agents, evaluation, and access controls
- Experience scaling adoption and changing how people work
- Bring product judgment, systems thinking, and hands-on AI experience to Quandri’s internal platform and workflow transformation.
