- Solution Architect / Technical Lead (n Cino)
- Remote, 9-12 months, contract
We are seeking an experienced n Cino Architect / Technical Lead for an immediate opportunity.
The successful candidate will lead the architecture, technical design, and delivery of scalable and secure n Cino and Salesforce solutions while providing technical direction across integrations, data migration, deployment, and production readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the solution architecture, technical design, and implementation of n Cino and Salesforce-based solutions.
- Define scalable, secure, supportable architectures aligned with business and enterprise requirements.
- Provide technical leadership across configuration, customization, integrations, data migration, and deployment.
- Translate business and technology requirements into solution designs and delivery plans.
- Lead architecture reviews, technical design workshops, and governance activities.
- Guide development teams, establish technical standards, and promote adherence to recognized best practices.
- Oversee integration architecture, data flows, and application interoperability across the financial-services technology ecosystem.
- Manage technical risks, dependencies, and architecture decisions throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Support testing, deployment, cutover, and production-readiness activities.
- Mentor team members and lead knowledge-transfer and operational-transition activities.
Qualifications
- 10 or more years of Salesforce platform experience.
- 5 or more years of n Cino solution architecture and delivery experience in commercial banking, lending, or financial services.
- Demonstrated experience leading solution architecture and technical design for n Cino and Salesforce implementations.
- Experience with configuration, customization, enterprise integrations, data migration, and deployment.
- Strong ability to translate business and enterprise requirements into scalable, secure, and supportable solution designs.
- Experience providing technical leadership to development and delivery teams.
- Experience supporting testing, cutover, deployment, and production readiness.
- Ability to manage technical risks, dependencies, standards, and solution decisions throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technology stakeholders.
- n Cino Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, or an equivalent certification is preferred.
- Experience delivering multiple end-to-end n Cino implementations is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, banking operations, and enterprise integration patterns is preferred.
- Experience leading large-scale transformation programs in financial-services environments is preferred.
