Work with Payroll Lead to configure the client’s requirements in EC Payroll, recommend configuration solutions and support end to end payroll process design.
Support payroll testing, reconciliation, defect resolution and deployment readiness activities.
Collaborate with EC, Time Management, and technical teams to validate requirements, review configuration options, and recommend standard SAP functionality where possible.
Support integration testing between Payroll, Time Tracking, Employee Central, Benefits, and third-party systems to ensure accurate end-to-end processing.
Prepare and maintain configuration documentation including but not limited to workbooks, functional specifications, etc.
