Drive parcel locker expansion with Quadient through site acquisition, relationship management, and a hybrid work model. Shape convenient delivery networks across key markets. As a Business Development and Site Acquisition Manager, you will identify, evaluate, and secure high-value locations for Parcel Pending by Quadient. You will build partnerships with property owners, retailers, municipalities, transportation authorities, and other stakeholders. The role combines real estate strategy, business development, market expansion, and last-mile logistics. You will coordinate deployments, manage host relationships, and support network growth across locations where people live, work, shop, and travel. Key Responsibilities:
Identify locker locations using traffic, access, parking, and safety criteria Build relationships with property owners, operators, and decision makers Negotiate host agreements, revenue shares, and rental arrangements Coordinate onboarding and installation with internal teams Monitor performance data and maintain Salesforce records Requirements:
Experience in retail, logistics, parcel, real estate, or property management Ability to manage acquisition or development from planning through agreement Strong negotiation, presentation, listening, and communication skills Microsoft Office proficiency; Salesforce experience preferred Authorization to work in the United States Bring site acquisition, negotiation, and partnership skills to expand Parcel Pending by Quadient’s automated delivery network.
