At Quadient, we support businesses of all sizes in their digital transformation and growth journey, unlocking operational efficiency with reliable, secure, and sustainable automation processes. Our success in delivering innovation and business growth is inspired by the connections our diverse teams create every day, with our clients and each other. It’s these connections that make Quadient such an exceptional place to grow your career, develop your skills and make a real impact.

Finance teams across North America still lose hours to manual invoices, chasing payments and piecing together cash visibility. Quadient's Finance Automation portfolio of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Cash Management solutions helps them get that time back. We have big plans to grow it across the Americas over the next few years. We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to be the link between our product team and the people selling and supporting our solutions every day. You'll bring new products to market, make sure our sales and customer teams can tell a compelling story, and help turn great products into real growth.

What you'll do:

  • Lead product launches for the Americas, from positioning and messaging to field readiness and customer communication.
  • Be the go-to expert on our AP and AR portfolio for sales, operations and regional marketing.
  • Build clear value propositions, sales collateral and campaign content that help our teams win.
  • Keep the field ahead of the competition with sharp, practical competitive insight.
  • Support sales conversations and at-risk accounts, representing our products credibly in front of customers.
  • Bring the voice of the North American market back to the product team so we keep building what customers need.
  • Work closely with colleagues in Europe as part of our Finance Automation and invoicing team.

Why you'll enjoy it here:

This is a pivotal role in a business with clear ambition and real momentum. You'll have visible impact on growth in the region, work across product, sales and marketing, and shape how our solutions show up in the market.

Qualifications:

  • Solid product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in finance automation, fintech or accounting software.
  • A good understanding of finance processes such as accounts payable and accounts receivable. A background in accounting or finance is a real plus.
  • Hands-on experience launching products and building the collateral that goes with them.
  • Confidence in front of customers and sales teams, and the credibility to represent a product well.
  • Curiosity, adaptability and a proactive approach. You're comfortable when priorities shift and you enjoy figuring things out.
  • Flexibility for some early starts to overlap with our European colleagues.

Additional Information:

  • Flexible Work: Embrace a hybrid work model blending office and remote setup for a balanced lifestyle.
  • Endless Learning: Access global opportunities for growth through our 24/7 online learning platform.
