Key Responsibilities:

- Review backorder ETAs and propose comparable solutions
- Update assigned pipelines and manage deal registrations
Requirements:
- Customer service experience of two to four years
- Interest in directly impacting business results
- Passion for relationship building and creative problem-solving
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Natural curiosity and desire to develop skills
