Lead data centre projects through construction, commissioning, and handover while managing cost, schedule, safety, quality, and uptime standards. Qu Data Centres seeks a Project Manager / Construction Manager for office and project-site work. You will deliver critical infrastructure from concept and design through Operations handover. The position coordinates architects, engineers, contractors, trade partners, vendors, commissioning agents, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage data centre builds, fit-outs, upgrades, and project handovers
- Maintain schedules, critical paths, long-lead equipment, and progress reports
- Track budgets, change orders, invoices, forecasts, and cost reports
- Coordinate infrastructure installation, commissioning, testing, and turnover documentation
- Enforce safety plans, permits, MOP approvals, quality, and compliance
Requirements:
- 3-5 years project or construction management experience
- Data centre or mission-critical facilities delivery experience
- Knowledge of electrical distribution, UPS, generators, cooling, and controls
- Practical commissioning and Operations turnover experience
- Strong cost, schedule, contract, drawing, safety, and quality skills
- Bring disciplined project controls and critical infrastructure expertise to Qu Data Centres' construction and commissioning programmes.
