You will develop solutions, coordinate internal stakeholders, monitor progress, and provide meaningful updates to Compliance management. The position emphasizes accountability, documentation, continuous improvement, and timely resolution across regulatory responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables Coordinate stakeholder accountability and responses across departments Maintain conflicts, trading, disclosure, and acknowledgement records Lead examinations, audits, due diligence, and cybersecurity assessments Improve policies, controls, training, automation, and workflows Requirements:
Minimum 10 years’ compliance experience in Canadian financial services Registered Portfolio Manager, Investment Fund Manager, or CIRO Dealer experience Independent project ownership with minimal supervision Strong accountability, judgment, and time management Adaptability to evolving technologies, systems, and workflows Bring compliance program management, stakeholder coordination, and practical problem-solving to Q Wealth Partners’ evolving regulatory environment.
