The assignment supports planned and bespoke services governed by defined SLAs and KPIs. Key Responsibilities:
Transform and simplify Human Capital processes with HCBPs Standardize and document processes across xLoS where possible Apply automation and GenAI to process improvement Provide guidance on process-related issues and challenges Foster continuous improvement across the HC team Requirements:
