Key Responsibilities:
- Architect ServiceNow workflows supporting cybersecurity operations
- Lead integrations with SIEM, SOAR, CMDB, and ticketing platforms
- Apply CSM, ITSM, and TPSM modules to security use cases
- Build dashboards, metrics, and KPIs for cyber operations
- Maintain version control, change management, and upgrade planning
Requirements:
- Five or more years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong JavaScript, GlideScript, and REST API skills
- Experience with CSM, TPSM, and ITSM modules
- Managed security services and incident management experience
