As a Manager, you will lead SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition, SmartRecruiters, and Onboarding work. The position involves analyzing business processes, designing configurations, documenting solutions, and supporting implementation. You will also guide testing, application support, end-user training, and client workshops.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze requirements and recommend solutions for client needs
- Design and configure Talent Acquisition, SmartRecruiters, and Onboarding modules
- Document configurations and develop functional specifications
- Develop and maintain test scripts and scenarios
- Support applications, testing, training, and client workshops
Requirements:
- Proven configuration experience with SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition modules
- Knowledge of integration points between SuccessFactors modules
- Ability to interpret requirements and provide clear recommendations
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Project knowledge
- At least four full-cycle cloud implementations
- Bring SAP SuccessFactors leadership, configuration, testing, and training experience to PwC’s Talent Acquisition consulting practice.
