Pursuit seeks a Hotel Manager for Glacier View Lodge, located 100 kilometres from Jasper. This on-site living role oversees hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, guest services, and room standards. Staff accommodations and three hot meals per day are provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front office operations and overall hotel performance
- Conduct weekly inspections for room cleanliness and maintenance
- Improve processes, procedures, policies, and guest experience
- Represent the hotel with business partners and community relationships
- Recruit, coach, train, and performance-manage team members
Requirements:
- Three to five years of management-level strategic and operational experience
- Hospitality management or related post-secondary diploma or degree
- Experience leading front office and rooms division operations
- Innovative approach supporting guest and employee needs
- Energetic, self-motivated, ethical, flexible, and results-oriented leadership
