Drive high-volume seasonal recruiting for Pursuit across the United States and Canada, using candidate screening and hiring coordination skills.
This hybrid role is based in Banff or Jasper.
As a Contract Recruiter, you will support Pursuit's Talent Acquisition team during a contract running October through June.
You will recruit for multiple positions and locations while adapting to changing business needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage requisitions, offers, records, and hiring activity in Workday
- Coordinate interviews, background checks, and onboarding transitions
Requirements
- One to three years recruiting or related experience
- High-volume or seasonal recruiting experience preferred
- Working knowledge of ATS and HRIS systems
- Strong organization, communication, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and shifting priorities
