Compensation: $140,000 - $150,000

Responsibilities:

• Translate product vision and strategy into an actionable, sequenced roadmap in partnership with clients and the broader Product Management team.
• Partner with investment operations, data engineering, compliance, and integration partners to deeply understand user needs and system constraints.
• Define and prioritize requirements that meet operational, regulatory, and analytical standards.
• Write clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria that engineering can execute on with confidence.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions as the product authority in the squad.
• Act as a close partner to the engineering lead and team on priorities, requirements, and trade‑offs.
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability, adoption, and client value.
• Support release planning including client communication and training.

Qualifications:

• Domain expertise in wealth management, financial technology, or a closely adjacent domain.
• Product depth – understanding the difference between a product manager and a project manager.
• Technical fluency – comfortable discussing API design, data pipelines, or system integration.
• Stakeholder influence – ability to build trust quickly with engineering, clients, and senior leaders.
• AI‑era mindset – actively looking for opportunities to leverage AI.
• Communication – clear and concise writing skills.
