Description
The Driver Helper works in tandem and independently with a Courier to assist with pickup and delivery of customer shipments.
Responsibilities
- Assist courier/driver in completion of delivery and pickup duties
- No operation of vehicle required/allowed
- Use company scanner tool to update package status
- Handle customer packages
- Maintain security of customer packages
- Provide customer service in keeping with our Brand
- Ability to meet drivers in areas as directed
- Organize and maintain vehicle organization and cleanliness
