Reporting to the Vice President and Corporate Sustainability Officer, this Senior Executive Assistant supports departmental operations. The work combines purchase orders, forecasts, meetings, events, calendars, invoices, travel, and team communications. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners while managing multiple priorities independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate purchase orders and goods receipts
- Create, maintain, and consolidate leadership reports and forecasts
- Manage the VP's calendar and competing priorities
- Organize meetings, materials, equipment, and guest speakers
- Track assets, training, certifications, and departmental follow-ups
Requirements:
- Five or more years as an Executive Assistant
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and SAP Ariba
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong collaboration with internal and external partners
- Independent decision-making and effective prioritization abilities
