The Service Administrator provides administrative support to the Field Service team at Purity Gas. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, preparing service quotes, managing preventive maintenance agreements, and tracking service requests. The role also supports remote troubleshooting, customer inquiries, sales orders, and service records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule field service appointments with customers
- Prepare quotes for repairs, maintenance, and installations
- Manage preventive maintenance agreements and renewals
- Maintain accurate CRM records for assets, jobs, and quotes
- Support technicians with parts, equipment, and administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Three years of preferred service coordination or administration experience
- Strong customer service and technical communication skills
- Experience preparing service quotes, contracts, and documentation
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM software
- Fluent written and oral English
