As an Interconnection & PV/BESS Design Engineer at Pure Sky Energy, you will oversee utility-scale solar and battery storage projects from inception to ~30% design.
Your expertise in Auto CAD and PVCase will be vital in developing initial layouts and electrical diagrams.
Collaborate with utilities and internal teams to ensure all designs meet interconnection standards.

- Design PV and BESS layouts with accuracy and technical completeness
- Support utility interconnection applications and modeling assumptions
- Communicate design assumptions to EPC partners
- Review EPC design packages for alignment with owner intent
- Conduct technical due diligence for M&A activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Experience with utility-scale solar or BESS projects
- Proficient in Auto CAD and PVCase
- Knowledge of utility interconnection processes
