Pulse Nursing at Home seeks a registered paediatric nurse supporting an 11-year-old client with complex care needs. The Monday to Friday schedule runs from 10am until 6pm in Grays. Care includes global developmental delay and a complex seizure disorder, with in-house training available where required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalised, person-centred care within the family home
- Deliver personal care and assist with moving and handling
- Administer medications safely during scheduled shifts
- Manage deep suctioning and PEG-J care
- Support epilepsy care and community interaction
Requirements:
- Six months UK nursing experience within the last two years
- Active registration with the NMC
- Experience in personal care, medication, and manual handling
- Comfort working in a one-to-one setting
- Willingness to undertake complex care training
