Odfjell Drilling seeks a QHSE Advisor through Puglisevich for its DP3 sixth-generation ultra-deepwater semi-submersible. The position supports QHSE management systems, operational teams, contractors, and continuous improvement. It requires substantial QHSE experience, including offshore drilling or marine operations exposure. Key Responsibilities:
Support QHSE management system implementation and maintenance Lead QHSE strategies, programs, and processes Coordinate regulatory audits, inspections, and offshore assessments Investigate incidents, analyze root causes, and follow corrective actions Generate HSE reports and maintain training records Requirements:
Degree or diploma in safety, engineering, or equivalent experience At least 10 years of relevant QHSE experience Minimum five years in the oil and gas industry Microsoft Office proficiency and strong analytical skills English communication skills and required pre-employment screening Bring offshore QHSE leadership, audit expertise, and incident investigation experience to Odfjell Drilling's Hercules project.
