Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration preferred Professional HR qualification preferred, including CIPD or CPHR Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills Strategic business understanding and solutions-focused judgment Knowledge of Atlantic Accord legislation and offshore regulations Apply People and Culture leadership, employee relations, and compliance expertise supporting offshore operations from St. John's.
