Role Summary: We are seeking a Journeyman Electrician to join our team in Fort McMurray. You will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems on industrial projects/sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, equipment, and components.
- Interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform corrective actions.
- Ensure all work complies with electrical code, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Test electrical systems using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with other trades and contractors on job sites.
- Complete documentation, work orders, and reports as required.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment.
- Other duties as required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Rate: $47.5/h
- Shift: 7 days on, 7 days off - 12 hours per day
- Travel: Flight provided from Calgary or Edmonton
- Accommodations: Camp
- Overtime opportunities paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate.
