Lead large, multi-phase enterprise initiatives from planning through launch Coordinate workstream dependencies across business and technology teams Run go-live readiness, cutover planning, and post-launch support Maintain portfolio dashboards, templates, automations, and status reporting Drive risks, issues, vendor deliverables, and decisions to resolution Requirements:
8+ years of project or program management experience 3+ years leading multi-workstream, cross-functional programs Advanced monday.com and Microsoft Office proficiency Experience with waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies Bachelor’s degree and regulated financial services knowledge Apply enterprise program leadership, monday.com expertise, vendor management, and risk anticipation across strategic cross-functional initiatives.
