Support investment finance leadership at PSP Investments in a hybrid Ottawa or Montreal work model, using calendar management and executive communication skills.
As Senior Administrative Assistant, Investment Finance, Performance and Valuation, you will support the Managing Director, Investment Finance. The position combines administrative coordination, stakeholder liaison work, document preparation, and operational follow-up. You will help maintain effective communication across PSP Investments offices and departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize email requests and manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and conferences
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, documents, travel arrangements, and expense reports
- Track agendas, relay action items, and route requests appropriately
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations, reports, and management documents
- Maintain filing systems and support KPI reports and queries
Requirements:
- College degree in office administration or equivalent education
- At least three years of relevant similar-position experience
- Financial or professional environment experience preferred
- Strong Outlook, Word, and Excel knowledge
- English and French proficiency, or willingness to learn
