As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will support the Managing Director, Investment Finance, Performance and Valuation. You will coordinate administrative activities, meetings, documents, travel, and expense reporting. The position requires proactive communication, discretion, accountability, and collaboration in a financial or professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize email requests and manage calendars, inboxes, and appointments
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, agendas, documents, and action items
- Serve as liaison with internal and external stakeholders
- Create PowerPoint presentations and collaborate on reports
- Schedule travel and prepare expense reports
Requirements:
- College degree in office administration or equivalent education
- Minimum three years of relevant similar-position experience
- Strong written and spoken communication with senior executives
- Discretion handling sensitive and confidential information professionally
- Thorough knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
