As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will support the Managing Director, Investment Finance, Performance and Valuation. The position requires Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, along with discretion, accountability, and proactive communication. You will coordinate information and activities across internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize email requests and manage the executive calendar
- Plan meetings, appointments, conferences, and conference calls
- Relay agendas, action items, and information to appropriate colleagues
- Prepare presentations, reports, documents, and expense reports
- Maintain filing systems and support KPI reports and queries
Requirements:
- College degree in office administration or equivalent education
- At least three years of relevant similar-position experience
- Excellent client service and timely response to unexpected requests
- Confident communication with high-profile executives and senior leaders
- Thorough Outlook, Word, Excel, and adapting-technology knowledge
